Hedrikus, Fransiscus, Heri and Daniel - the four executors who murdered Nasrudin Zulkarnaen about to see the evidences, at South Jakarta State Court, Nov. 24,09.

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The four executors who murdered the director of PT Putra Rajawali Banjaran, Nasrudin Zulkarnaen, refused to give their testimonies at the trial of Antasari Azahar, South Jakarta State Court, Tuesday.

During trial, the prosecutor Cirus Sinaga stated that one of the witnesses, Heri Santoso, has sent a letter objecting to give testimony because he was never inspected as a witness for the Antasari case by the investigators. Thus the prosecutor didn't present Heri at the Sourth Jakarta State Court.

After another witness, Jerry Hermawan Lo gave his testimony, the prosecutor then presented the executor witness Hendrikus Kia Walen, a.k.a. Hendrik. Before the testimony, the head of the panel of judges Herri Swantoro asked Hendrik whether he was willing to testify. He replied out loud, "No. I'm not willing to testify."

The judge then asked his reason to refuse testifying. Heri answered, "We've been prosecuted by the attorney. The charge is a farce. This trial is a farce." At that reply the judge commanded the witness to be returned to his cell, "Send him to his cell."

The judge then commanded prosecutor Cirus Sinaga to ask directly to the other two witnesses who haven't testified. "You (prosecutor) may ask them outside. Not at court." Cirus then hurried to the other witnesses in the cell.

The result - the two witnesses at the South Jakarta State Court, Fransiskus Tadon Keran a.k.a. Amsi, and Daniel Daen Sabon also refuse to testify. Since the prosecutor has no other witness to testify, the judge then adjourned the trial. (SAN/C17-09)
